  Please join us for the monthly board meeting, which will be held at the conference room at Middleburg Plaza. It is located at 2711 Middleburg Drive, Columbia SC 29204, just off of Forest Drive in Middleburg Plaza.  The doors do lock at 5:30 for this building, but Linda will watch the door, and you can also enter through the Mouse Trap, a restaurant next to her firm.

  While only board members are required to attend, all members are invited, and encouraged, to join us!

  For all of our new members, this also will go towards earning your Good Enthusiastic Member (GEM) Award (and don't forget there is now a SECOND CHANCE GEM award opportunity in case you missed it the first go round)!

• Sertoma Spring Fling!

  Please join us for our third annual Sertoma "Spring Fling" which will be held on Thursday evening, April 19th, at the Millstone at Adam's Pond.  This is a chance for us to get together and bring friends, family, business associates and prospective members and show them what Sertoma is all about while also raising some money for speech and hearing impaired children. 

  We will have wine, beer and BBQ from Doc's Barbecue while listening to music from a local DJ.  Bring your checkbooks as there will also be some top-notch auction items to bid on.  Remember, all proceeds go towards sending underprivileged children to Camp Sertoma, as well as a few other local charities.  Tickets are $30/person or $50/couple.

  Please mark your calendars and plan to be there.  Club goal is for each member to invite at least six other guests to join us that night and help make this fundraiser a success! Now that this is our main "spring" fundraiser, we really need to ramp this up so we can continue to support Camp Sertoma, Carolina Hearing Aid Project, Children's Chance and our other sponsorships.
